The ubiquitous Bluetooth headsets seen on streets, buses and rails may get greener with the Iqua Sun headset. Business people who need to stay connected can keep the Iqua Sun on their ears for up to nine hours when fully charged. There aren’t any large solar panels or charging devices on the Iqua Sun which makes it attractive for the modern jet setter.
Observation: Its a beginning.

British communications firm Orange partnered with GotWind to produce a prototype wind charger for individual electrical needs. The Sustainable Condo Prototype Project has been promoted throughout Canada by green builder EcoSmart. This condominium approaches green living on multiple fronts including efficient refrigerators, local building materials and low-flow toilets. EcoSmart and other green builders want the traveling condo prototype to act as an example for Vancouver’s turn at hosting the Olympics in 2010. The condo does not forge new ground or use a funky new design but it combines dozens of energy-saving tools in one package.
Observation: Looks great but who can afford it?
